Fitness 48
We call our group classes Fitness 48. We have two different types of Fitness 48 classes. The classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am to 8:15am have a focus on strength training but are more high intensity. All of our other classes are an hour long and are primarily focused on strength training. Grab a friend, a family member, or a complete stranger and come be a part of our Fitness 48 community.
